ZAG Interactive is looking for a Solutions Architect – HubSpot Implementations & Integrations to join our growing team. HubSpot experience is required.
In this hybrid strategic/technical role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Strategy, and Delivery teams to design, present, and implement smart and scalable solutions using the HubSpot platform (to start). You’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients get the most from their investment in ZAG and HubSpot.
You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, bringing together deep CRM knowledge, business process insight, and creative architecture to help prospective and existing clients achieve their goals. From discovery to architecture to execution, you’ll help deliver connected experiences that support growth, automation, and drive value.

Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, translating business objectives into scalable HubSpot architecture
- Experience with architecting scalable CRM/automation systems in similar platforms (Salesforce, etc.)
Presales & Discovery
- Partner with the Sales Team to support the presales process through technical discovery, demos, and solution presentations
- Build demo environments (in the HubSpot Sandbox) and proof of concept implementations that showcase ZAG and HubSpot’s capabilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Assess technical feasibility and capture discovery inputs (systems, data, constraints)
- Architect end-to-end CRM and marketing automation solutions tailored to client goals and use cases
- Design and diagram technical solutions (Lucidchart/Visio) to communicate processes and integrations
- Create clear and thorough documentation (functional specs, data flows, API mappings, architecture diagrams)
- Write detailed user stories and scopes for implementation and handoff
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, development, strategy, analytics, QA) to align solutions with client requirements
Implementation & Build
- Lead HubSpot implementations
- Build and configure advanced workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and marketing automation systems in collaboration with and driven by the strategic direction of the ZAG Digital Strategist
Data Migration & Integrity
- Lead and partner with clients in technology audits and data migration planning, including data hygiene, mapping, and QA
- Manage data migration and integrity across systems, ensuring clean and actionable CRM data
Client Enablement & Delivery Management
- Deliver client training, enablement resources, and documentation that empower long-term success
- Adhere to project timelines and ensure delivery across internal and external stakeholders
Internal Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
- Help mentor internal team members and support knowledge sharing on emerging tools and methodologies
- Collaborate on strategic roadmaps for growth, optimization, and adoption of the HubSpot platform across ZAG teams
Continuous Improvement / Staying Current
- Stay up to date on HubSpot platform capabilities, third-party tools, and evolving integration best practices
- Stay ahead of new HubSpot features, API capabilities, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Experience with AI‑powered CRM/automation tools and creating POCs that automate and streamline manual workflows.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in CRM, RevOps, technical consulting, or solutions architecture
- 3+ years of hands on HubSpot experience (Professional or Enterprise tiers)
- Proven success designing or implementing HubSpot’s Marketing, Content, or Data Hub solutions
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of data modeling, integrations, custom properties, and automation logic
- Working knowledge of HubSpot APIs, Data Hub, or integration platforms (Zapier, etc.)
- Skills in SQL or large dataset manipulation
- Skilled in creating solution diagrams and technical documentation (Lucidchart, Visio, etc.)
Functional & Consulting Skills
- Ability to translate business challenges into strategic, technical solutions
- Experience leading client facing implementations and managing stakeholder expectations
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to nontechnical and executive audiences
- Experience with tools like Teams, Workfront, etc.
Operational Requirements
- Must work EST hours (8am–5pm)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner or digital/technical agency
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Content, Data)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms

Responsibilities
- Build relationships, maintain, and enhance interactions with identified clients, while serving as the trusted advisor and main liaison for clients
- Take initiative and identify opportunities to enhance client strategies and achieve measurable results

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions

- Experience: 5+ years in digital account management, digital agency or related roles. Understanding of web technologies and the web development life cycle

ZAG Interactive is looking for a full-time SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for supporting our many SEO clients who are primarily banks and credit unions. The perfect candidate will have a mix of passion and SEO experience – juggling a large workload of project related SEO tasks as well as ongoing SEO clients. SEO experience is required.
Responsibilities
